The Family Resource Center (FRC) has a unique fundraiser set for the entire month of May, and this is everybody's chance to get in on the fun.
Picture this: your neighbor's yard is overrun with pink flamingos for an entire day.
"People can sign up to get other people's yards flocked by flamingos for a day... We're going to have volunteers to move the whole flock in, and the flock will be there for the entire day. The next day, the flock will move to a different yard," said Tracy Kregel, coordinator with the FRC.
The flocking costs $50, whether it's for indoors or outdoors.
"We'll have three flocks moving around every day through the Clayton Ridge School area for the entire month," added FRC Coordinator Kari Harbaugh.
Anyone who wants to participate can contact the Family Resource Center for more information and to set up a time for the flocking crew to come by.
Money raised through the fundraiser will be used to fund the Family Resource Center's various services to the community.
